Apple Sheera - Complete Process to prepare at your home

Ingredients For Making Apple Sheera :

  • 1 cup semolina, a fine variety
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup apple chopped
  • 2 cups of milk
  • Ghee as required
  • 1/8 cup chopped raisins
  • 3 -4 cardamoms crushed


Method for preparing Apple Sheera:

  1. In a Kadai heat 2 tablespoons of the ghee and roast, the Rava till the Rava is well coated with the ghee.
  2. Pour in the hot milk. Keep stirring. When dry add the sugar.
  3. Stir in the apple cubes and allow the semolina to absorb the flavors.
  4. Cook till the semolina starts leaving the sides. Add the raisins, cardamoms, and mix well.
  5. When done add some more ghee and when the ghee starts leaving the sides of the pan, it is ready 2 remove.

Tastes better when it is left in the fridge & eaten the following day.
