This year the most enjoyable time in our school is the Picnic that we went in the month of February - 2010.We started our journey from the school at 9am. In the bus we enjoyed dancing, singing and playing. We reached the Essence factory at 9.40am. The flavour factory of India in Puducherry was amazing. We were shown, so many flavours like zeera flavour, mango flavour, rose flavour, grape flavour etc. I liked Strawberry flavour very much. Next, we went to marbles factory. This was very interisting to see. The marbles are made of glass. The waste glass pieces are recycled into marbles. The heated glass are cut into different shapes and they are rolled to form a round marbles.Then they are dropped into a containers. They are cooled to room temperature within 24minutes. Then our next destination is Sponge factory, where we have seen the cutting of sponges to the various sizes. Also we have seen the sponges in different colours. After that we went to a Pipe factory. We had our lunch in the park near the factory. We played in the park for some time. We also saw entertinment parks which are on the way to the school. We reached the school at 2.45pm. The most exiting moment was the marble factory. |
